9. Is there a refund on Dedicated Server?

Unfortunately, due nature of service, we do not offer refund for Dedicated Servers. Minimal rental term is 1 month (30 days) <br />Partial refunds are also not possible unless otherwise agreed. <br /><br />Exception to this rule can be made only if:<br />- We've agreed to this before purchase of services <br />- There is justified technical problem with delivered server or lack of services provided from our side. <br /><br />We cannot be responsible if: <br />- your script doesn't work on server<br />- server is down due to DDoS attack towards your website or similar. <br /><br /><br />If you have any further questions on this, do not hesitate to get in touch with our Sales department.<br /><br />
