Whitelisting a recipient means that no email sent to that listed email address will be filtered by SpamExperts mechanism. Alternately, email sent to addresses that are blacklisted will be automatically rejected. If you want to make changes, using administrators tool, you can blacklist or whitelist recipients on the entire domain.
